Bread Chilla

Making roti chilla is an easy and delicious way to make it. To make it you need:

  • 4 leftover rotis
  • 1 cup gram flour
  • 1 finely chopped onion and tomato
  • 1 finely chopped green chilli
  • 2 tablespoons chopped coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • Red chili powder, cumin powder and salt to taste
  • a little water

Method of Preparation: Cut the rotis into small pieces. Now mix gram flour, roti pieces, onion, tomato, green chilli, coriander leaves and spices in a bowl. Prepare the batter by adding water slowly. Heat the pan and spread the batter on it and make Chilla. Bake it on low flame till it becomes golden brown from both the sides. There you go, your roti Chilla is ready. Serve it with sauce.

Roti Chaat

Roti chaat is a delicious and crispy dish. To make it:

  • First, heat the roti in the microwave until crispy (or bake it on a pan).
  • Now break it into small pieces.
  • Add curd, chutney, finely chopped onion, black pepper, red chili powder and salt to it.
  • There you go, roti chaat is ready.

Bread sandwich

Making roti sandwich is very easy. For this:

  • Heat some oil in a pan and fry your favourite vegetable.
  • Add turmeric, salt, chilli and dry mango powder and cook.
  • Now take the remaining roti, and spread this mixture on it.
  • Cover it with another roti, apply butter on the pan and bake it or grill it.
  • Now your tasty roti sandwich is ready.

Garlic Bread

You can also make tasty churma laddu from leftover roti. For this:

  • Grind 4 remaining rotis in the mixer.
  • Heat ghee in a pan, add the roti mixture and fry it lightly.
  • Now add sugar to it and keep frying for some time.
  • Take out this mixture in a bowl and mix chopped almonds in it.
  • Now make laddus from this mixture.
