The International Film Festival of India (IFFI) has commenced in Goa. The film festival's 52nd edition will take place in 2021. On the first day of the event, Bollywood stars Salman Khan, Ranveer Singh, Shraddha Kapoor, and others performed. Salman Khan performed a great choreographed dance to his hit song 'Hud Hud Dabangg.'
He also nachtas on some of his other tracks. Ranveer Singh, on the other hand, energised the audience. Shraddha Kapoor sang a medley that included the songs "Kar Har Maidan Fateh" and "Badal Pe Paav Hain." Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia D'Souza, a Bollywood couple, have criticized Marathi music. The film festival's photos and videos have gone popular on social media. They also include hosts Manish Paul and Karan Johar. Special visitors were Information and Broadcasting Minister Anurag Thakur and Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant.
In 2021, the same IFFI honoured popular Bollywood actress Hema Malini with the Indian Personality of the Year Award. 'This is the culmination of my years of hard effort,' he stated in an interview. The IFFI will continue till November 28, 2021. A total of 148 films from 73 nations will be shown during the festival. There will be 12 world debuts as well.
