Navigation is an essential feature in the era of smart devices and IoT in the country, which we use in various personal and commercial applications. It is also very helpful while traveling from one place to another. Ola / Uber also move from one place to another using navigation. Because of this navigation, Swiggy or other companies deliver food. This technology is used in aerial and marine navigation.

For your information, let us tell you that with navigation technology, the nation works to keep its territory, its borders safe and manage disaster response. Keeping these requirements in mind, researchers at IIT Mumbai have constructed a navigation receiver RF front end integrated circuit (IC chip) pole, which can be used in navigation. Simply put, in the coming times it can be an option of navigation with GPS. This chip has been prepared by students Vijay Kanchetla (Leader), Santosh, Anjikya Shubham Jain, Shweta, Jiffin Joy, Syed Hameed, Mukul Pancholi, Sumit, Amitesh Tripathi, Pawan Khanna and Sakshi under the guidance of IIT Mumbai Professor Rajesh Jhale. The project is funded by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology. Its nodal agency is Sameer.

In his statement, Professor Jhale stated that a chip is needed to decode the satellite's signal. Our cell phones currently have a GPS chip. There is no Indian chip to decode the Navik of India. We have made the first such chip that we can decode the navigation signal of any satellite.
