New Delhi: Yoga guru Baba Ramdev's remarks on allopathy have angered doctors across the country. The Indian Medical Association (IMA) has even demanded action against Ramdev from health minister Dr Harsh Vardhan. However, the government seems to be avoiding saying anything in the matter so far. Meanwhile, doctors in the IMA are constantly protesting against Ramdev. Doctors say many uneducated people do not come to the hospital because of such statements and when they are not treated, who will take responsibility for it.

Doctors from AIIMS staged a protest against Ramdev's statement. A doctor said we should lodge an FIR against Ramdev. Because many people will not come to the hospital after coming to their words and then they will get their treatment done by such hypocritical babas. Then who will be responsible for their health? Another doctor said that after such statements, people will remain at home even after falling prey to corona and will die if they do not come to the hospital. India needs to spread scientific medicine at present.

Another doctor said that it is being said everywhere to get vaccinated and Ramdevji says that 1200 doctors who took the vaccine died. It is totally wrong. This will have a very bad impact on the immunization programme of the country and the pm's objective will be to adversely affect the vaccination. Immediate action should have been taken against Ramdev under the Epidemic Act.
