New Delhi: Delhi-NCR has received heavy rain in the cold and due to this, the mood of the weather is disturbed. In most areas of the national capital Delhi, there is heavy rain with thunder since today morning. On the other hand, the Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted rain on January 03 in several states including Delhi, Rajasthan, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh. According to IMD, rains are forecast at many places including Rajgarh, Alwar, Dausa, Sonipat, Dadri, Noida, Ghaziabad, Aligarh, Badaun, Modinagar, Mathura, Hathras, Jind, Panipat, Karnal. On the other hand, the weather department is expected to receive light to moderate rains in Khurja, Etah, Kishanganj, Amroha, Moradabad, Chandausi, Agra, Mathura, Noida.
However, the Meteorological Department had forecast the possibility of rain in Delhi which is happening today. Recently, the Meteorological Department (IMD) said in a statement, "Delhi-NCR will get rain in the first week of the year in the middle of the cold." The Meteorological Department says that till the coming January 6, the weather will be similar.
It is being told that due to western disturbances, there is a possibility of hailstorm in some places tomorrow. Due to this, a cold wave is expected to rise again in Delhi. According to the Meteorological Department, due to the cold wave in northern India, light rains occurred in most areas on Saturday, while snowfall continued in the hill states. In Uttar Pradesh, there is a possibility of rain with a lightning thunderstorm on January 3, while dense fog may occur on January 4-5.
