The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued forecasts of substantial rainfall in several states until September 15. According to the IMD, active monsoon conditions are expected to persist in various regions of the country until the mentioned date. These regions include Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Odisha, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and more, where heavy rainfall is anticipated over the next three days.

West India: Light to moderate rainfall, thunderstorms, and lightning are expected, with isolated heavy rainfall likely over Konkan & Goa, ghat areas of Madhya Maharashtra, and Marathwada on September 15.
Northeast India: The forecast for this region includes light to moderate scattered rainfall, thunderstorms, and isolated heavy rainfall over Arunachal Pradesh, Assam & Meghalaya on September 11 and 12, and Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram & Tripura from September 11 to 15.
