You're left with no option when despite of having all the securities you are got kidnapped! The same happened in the case of a popular Malayalam actor Bhavana.
The one of the suspects are her driver Martin and her former driver Sunil Kumar, "The incident occurred night at around near Athani junction near Angamaly. We have proof that her driver Martin is involved in the crime and have nabbed him. We suspect her former driver Sunil to be the mastermind of the crime. He has criminal antecedents of drug pedaling, chain snatching and hawala cases." The police have also confirmed the same.
Very close friend of actress, producer Yogish Dwarakish told, "I have spoken to Bhavana and her family. They told me that the kidnappers tried to extort money from her. She is in a state of shock. Her mother and brother are with her. What is important is that she is safe."
Her friend Vinay Forrt told, "I feel sad that a barbaric incident like this happened to a dear friend. I feel guilty as a man and incidents like this put the entire male species under a scanner."
Miya George her co-star said, "This is so shocking! It is not possible to have a man accompanying us every time we travel as a part of our profession. Usually it is the mothers who accompany most actors. But once we leave the state it is not possible. So we are on our own, trusting the travel and stay arrangements made by the production team. This incident has been an eye-opener for our fraternity that we have to be more careful in future."
