Team India has left for the tour of Zimbabwe, where the team has to play a three-match ODI series. The first match of the series will be played on August 18, while the other two matches will be played on August 20 and 22. Kl Rahul will lead the Indian team on the tour of Zimbabwe. Even before the start of the series, the head coach of the host Zimbabwe team Dave Houghton has given a stern warning to Team India. Houghton has said that India should not try to take their team lightly.

Zimbabwe has recently defeated Bangladesh in the ODI and T20 series. In such a situation, Zimbabwe's team will fight against India with all its strength. Zimbabwe has also qualified for the T20 World Cup to be held in Australia and now they are going to give a tough challenge to Team India. All three ODIs between India and Zimbabwe will be played at the Harare Sports Club. Zimbabwe's team is currently performing brilliantly under the guidance of Dave Houghton.

Houghton has said that Team India should not try to take them lightly because their team has the power to beat the Indian team. He said ''Don't take us lightly, we can beat India.'' Our bowling and fielding are as great as it was before my time. Apart from that, we have some batsmen who are batting really well.
