Moscow: Soon after Prime Minister Narendra Modi cited that India can realise its full strength if it remains rooted in its civilisational DNA, Russian President Vladimir Putin also has pointed out that more and more countries are opting for the path of free, sovereign development based on their identity, traditions and values.
In his speech to the 10th Moscow Conference on International Security on Tuesday, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the multipolar world order is taking shape and that the global situation is changing rapidly.
He emphasised that Russia is "actively and proactively" working with "its allies, partners, and like-minded people" to both strengthen and develop the current systems of international security.
Putin claimed that the West as a whole is "purposefully dismantling" the European security system by establishing increasingly more military alliances, accusing it of "rudely intruding" in the internal affairs of sovereign states.
"To keep their dominion, they need conflict. Because of this, they prepared the Ukrainian people for the fate of cannon fodder, carried out the "anti-Russia" project, covered up the spread of neo-Nazi ideology and the massacres of Donbass residents, pumped and continue to pump heavy weapons into the hands of the Kyiv regime, "Putin said this in his speech to the security conference attendees.
