London: Allegations such as threats of theft or murder were alleged in videos made by so-called 'fake directors' associated with companies related to diamond merchant Nirav Modi, surrounded by allegations of bank fraud and money laundering. The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has produced this video in a UK court during the hearing of the extradition case against Nirav.

Six Indians can be heard in this video shown in London's Westminster Magistrate's Court during a hearing this week. Each of them has accused of being forced to leave Dubai and come to Cairo, Egypt. According to him, his passports were confiscated there and he was allegedly signed the suspicious documents by Neerav's brother Nehal Modi against his will.

One person says in the video, 'My name is Ashish Kumar Mohanbhai Lad, I am the name owner of Sunshine Gems Limited, Unity Trading Fazes in Hong Kong and Dubai.' He further said that 'Nirav Modi called me and told me that he will implicate me in the theft. He used lewd words told me he would get me killed' This video is being reported as of June 2018.
