New Delhi: Corona infected figures have crossed 6 lakhs in the country. According to the Worldometer, the total number of patients in the country is 6 lakh 5 thousand 220, out of which 17 thousand 848 people have lost their lives. The number of corona infections in the country is increasing rapidly. Within the last 20 days, more than 3 lakh new cases have been reported.

On June 12, the total number of patients in the country had crossed 3 lakh and around 9 thousand people died. Just 9 days later, on 20 June, the number of patients reached 4 lakhs and about 13 thousand people died. Six days later, on 26 June, the number of patients crossed 5 lakhs and lost about 16,000 people. In the country in just 6 days, one lakh new cases of corona have been reported and by July 2, the number of patients has crossed 6 lakh and about 18 thousand people have lost their lives. That is, half the total corona cases in the country have come up in the last 20 days. However, during this period the number of patients recovering from corona has also increased.

By June 12, 1 lakh 54 thousand patients had defeated Corona. On June 20, this figure has increased to 2 lakh 27 thousand. On June 26, the number of people recovering from Corona in the country reached close to 3 lakh. Now, the number of patients recovering from corona has reached 3 lakh 60 thousand.
