New Delhi: Corona outbreak in the country is increasing continuously. So far more than 6.9 million people have been infected with the Coronavirus in India. According to the latest data released by the Health Ministry on Saturday morning, 73 thousand 272 new cases of corona have been registered in the country in the last 24 hours and 926 people have died during this period.

With this, the number of corona infections in the country has increased to 69,79,424. At the same time, 1,07,416 people have lost their lives so far. There are currently 8,83,185 active cases in India. At the same time, 59,88,823 people have recovered after treatment. The medical expert has warned that during Diwali, the number of cases of this epidemic may increase again. Giving information, an official has told that the number of cases has decreased and the number of day-to-day testing has also decreased.

Dr. Subhash Salunkhe, member of Maharashtra's technical committee on the corona epidemic, has said that, 'Many health officials, including me, are of the opinion that we should not expect any relief till the festival of Deepawali. Because people go out more during this period, due to which the possibility of spreading the infection increases.
