New Delhi: The total number of infected cases has gone up to 3,22,25,513 in the country after 32,937 new corona cases were registered in the last 24 hours. With this, the total number of deaths has increased to 4,31,642 in the last 24 hours after 417 new deaths. In addition, the total number of recoverers after 35,909 new discharges has gone up to 3,14,11,924.

Right now, the total number of active cases in the country is 3,81,947. The Health Ministry has informed that 17,43,114 coronavirus vaccines have been administered in the country in the last 24 hours, taking the total immunization figure to 54,58,57,108. According to the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), 11,81,212 samples for coronavirus have been tested in the country on Sunday. A total of 49,48,05,652 sample tests have been conducted till Sunday.

Kerala, which has been at the forefront of infections for the past few days, has so far registered 3million cases and 18,601 deaths due to coronavirus infection. According to the report, 18,582 new corona cases have been registered in the state in the last 24 hours, while 102 patients succumbed to covid-19.
