At this time, not only India, the whole world is eagerly waiting for the corona medicine. Meanwhile, good news is coming about India's first corona medicine. According to a media report, India's first corona vaccine will arrive in 73 days. The vaccine will be 'Kovishield', which is being developed by the Pune-based company Serum Institute. According to this report, under the National Immunization Program, the Government of India will provide vaccines to its citizens for free.

A senior officer of the Serum Institute of India (SII) said that 'the government has given us a special manufacturing priority license, and has accelerated the process of testing protocol so that the test can be completed in 58 days. Under this, the first dose of the trial in the final phase (third phase) has been given from today. The second dose will be given after 29 days. Final test data will come fifteen days after the second dose is given. After this period, we are planning to bring Kovishield to the market.

Earlier, the third stage test was said to take at least 7-8 months. The test has started on August 22 among 1600 people at 17 centers. There are around 100 volunteers at each center. On the other hand, Union Health Minister Harsh Vardhan has also said that one of our corona drug candidates is in the third stage of clinical trial. He further said, 'We are absolutely confident that the medicine will be ready by the end of this year.
