Today, Govt. said that, “it had raised its concerns with the US authorities over the reported snooping on Indian electronic communications by some American agencies”.

Hansraj Ahir,who is the Minister of State for Home said in the Lok Sabha that, “The government has raised its concerns with the US side, including at senior levels, on the reported authorization given to entities of the US government to communications emanating from India. The US has noted that it fully respects and understands the feeling expressed by India in this regard,"
