New Delhi: The number of new corona infected patients in the country is increasing day by day. In fact, in the last 24 hours, 2,527 new cases of coronavirus have been reported and 33 corona infected patients have died in a day. Let us tell you all that earlier yesterday i.e. on April 22, 2,451 new cases were reported. The Union Health Ministry says that the total number of corona infected patients in the country has increased to 4,30,54,952. A total of 5,22,149 patients have died of corona infection in the country so far.

With this, 1,656 corona infected patients have been cured in the last 24 hours and a total of 4,25,17,724 corona infected patients have been cured so far. The number of active cases at present stands at 15,079. You all must be aware that the government is emphasizing vaccination to overcome the coronavirus. Yes, and so far the vaccination figure has reached 1,87,46,72,536. With this, 19,13,296 doses have been administered in the last 24 hours. Apart from this, the corona positivity rate in the country has become 0.56 percent.

Now, if we talk about Mizoram, 112 new cases of coronavirus have been reported in the state in the last 24 hours and no one has died during this period. With this, the total number of corona infected patients in the state has increased to 2,26,702. The number of active cases stands at 672 and a total of 2,25,336 patients have been cured so far.  With this, a total of 694 people have died.
