Southampton: India beat Afghanistan by 11 runs in a thrilling ICC Cricket World Cup match at Southampton yesterday, and before that  India won the current World Cup against South Africa, Australia, and Pakistan. India have won all their Matches in this World Cup, while the match against New Zealand was cancelled due to rain.

In yesterday's match, India had to work very hard to win against Afghanistan. However, in the end, Shami's hat-trick and Bumrah's bowling made Team India's win. With the victory of the match against the Afghans, India added a special achievement to the World Cup. In fact, India has completed half of its World Cup victory by beating Afghanistan.

According to media reports received, Team India has won 50 out of 79 matches so far during the World Cup 1975-2019. One important thing is that India is the third team to touch the 50-match winning mark in the World Cup. Australia has won a total of 67 matches and New Zealand 52 matches so far in the World Cup. England shares 45 wins, while the west Indies and Pakistan recorded 42 and 41 wins respectively.
