Talking about this trial, Pascal Soriot, CEO of pharmaceutical company AstraZeneca, said that like every country, we also want to eliminate this virus for which this drug is being made. He said that even after all the trials, if the vaccine does not work then all the hard work will go in vain. Therefore, the company will not make money from this vaccine until the WHO announces the end of the epidemic.

Pascal Soriot said that we have already contracted this medicine from India. He said that we have signed an agreement to produce 1 billion vaccines from the Serum Institute of India. Which aims to make about 1 billion doses of vaccine by 2021. AstraZeneca company will supply 400 million vaccines to the US, 100 million vaccines to Britain. But this is possible only when the vaccine being made at Oxford University will prove to be effective.
