On August 21, 2022, terrorist Tabarak Hussain was cutting the wire at the LoC to enter India. There were 4-5 more terrorists with him. However, his fellow terrorists managed to escape into the forest. Tabarak has told that he was given the task of targeting Indian Army posts. A recce of two military posts was also conducted. He is a resident of Kotli district of Pakistan.
