Army Chief on border dispute, says, 'Talks with China continue'

Dehradun: The passing out parade of the Indian Military Academy was held in Uttarakhand's capital Dehradun on Saturday. Indian Army Chief Manoj Mukund Narwane took the salute of the parade. On this occasion, the Army Chief said on the border dispute in Ladakh that talks with China are going on. Both countries will resolve this issue through dialogue. On the Nepal issue, the Chief of Army said that our relations with Nepal is strong.

Army Chief Narwane has said, "I want to assure the whole country that the situation on the Ladakh border is under control. We have had several rounds of talks with China. As a result, tensions between the forces have reduced to a great extent. We hope that the conversation will continue in the future. India and China will resolve all differences through dialogue." On the Nepal issue, the Army Chief said, "We have a very strong relationship with Nepal. We have cultural, historical, and religious ties with Nepal. Our relationship with Nepal has always been strong and will remain strong in the future."

Earlier, Army Chief Manoj Mukund Narwane welcomed the new soldiers into the army. He told the family of the cadets that till yesterday these were your children, but today they are ours. During this time, Akash Dhillon was also awarded the Sword of Honor Award by the Army Chief.
