Srinagar: Security forces have achieved great success in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir. Security forces killed three terrorists in an encounter in the Jolva Kralpora Chadura area of Budgam. The slain terrorists belonged to Jaish-e-Mohammed. A large quantity of ammunition and other materials have been recovered from the terrorists. In fact, security forces had received information on Thursday that terrorists were hiding in the Jolva Kralpora Chadura area of Budgam.

This was followed by a search operation against the terrorists. The militants had also opened fire on the security forces. After that, the encounter started. The encounter continued since Thursday. Security forces have gunned down three terrorists in retaliation. In Jammu and Kashmir, security forces are continuing their operations against terrorists. Earlier on Wednesday, security forces gunned down 3 terrorists of the terror group Jaish-e-Mohammed in Pulwama. In the first 7 days of 2022, there is the fifth encounter between security forces and terrorists.

Recently, the army killed 9 terrorists in South Kashmir's Anantnag. According to army data, 171 terrorists have been killed last year. In this list, 19 terrorists were from Pakistan, while 151 terrorists were said to be local. Now this year again the army is preparing to take major action against these terrorists.
