New Delhi: The weather is going to change during the next 24 hours under which it will rain with strong winds. In the next 24 hours in different parts of Odisha, wind can blow at a speed of 30-40 kmph and there is a possibility of rain. According to the Meteorological Department, thunderstorms may occur at isolated places in Vidarbha, Chhattisgarh, coastal Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Cold wave conditions are likely to occur at various places in Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh and Northeast Rajasthan.

Night temperatures remained above normal in Marathwada, Vidarbha, coastal Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Kerala as well as the rest of eastern Madhya Pradesh. Night temperatures remained above normal in parts of Madhya Pradesh, Telangana, Rayalaseema as well as Assam and Meghalaya. Night temperatures were also below normal in Assam, Meghalaya, eastern parts of Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, Madhya Pradesh, Konkan, Goa and some parts of coastal north interior Karnataka and remaining parts of Haryana, Chandigarh and Delhi.

Night temperatures were below normal in Odisha, mountainous regions of West Bengal, Sikkim, Jammu Kashmir and some areas of south interior Karnataka. The lowest temperature in the plains of the country was recorded at 2 degree Celsius in Hisar in Haryana and Sikar in East Rajasthan. Ambala city recorded 50 meters visibility while Amritsar, Mandi, Patiala and Karnal had 200 meters visibility on Saturday at 8.30 am.
