Big announcement of railway for Holi, 4 special trains will run from Mumbai to Gorakhpur

New Delhi: The festival of Holi is coming to a close, now the Indian Railways has brought good news for railway passengers. On the occasion of Holi, the Railways have made an announcement to run four trains on the Mumbai to Gorakhpur route. According to the notification issued by the Central Railway, these trains will transport the railway passengers to their destination on March 6, March 7, March 13 and March 14.

The first train (02597) will leave from Gorakhpur on March 6 for Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus at 8 am and reach Mumbai at 12:20 pm the next day via Gonda, Basti, Lucknow, Kanpur and Jhansi. The same train will also make another round from Gorakhpur on 13 March 2020. At the same time, train number 02598 will leave from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus at 2:10 pm on March 7, 2020 and will reach Gorakhpur via Dadar, Kalyan, Nashik, Itarsi, Bhopal, Vidisha, Kanpur, Lucknow and Khalilabad.

This train, running on March 7, will land passengers at Gorakhpur at 8 pm on March 8. The same train will make another round on the same route from Mumbai to Gorakhpur on 14 March. Earlier, on the occasion of Holi, Railways has announced to run 32 trains for several days. These 32 trains will make a total of 430 trips.
