New Delhi: Indian Army is busy strengthening itself amidst the deadlock on the Line of Actual Control (LAC). Under this, very powerful Rafale fighter aircraft were called from France. With this, missiles and aircraft are also being prepared at the domestic level.

Under this, the indigenous multirole jet Tejas is now in the process of launching an indigenous 'Astra Missile', capable of hitting air to air, four times the speed of sound. Soon, these powerful missiles will be deployed in Tejas. In media reports, sources have been quoted saying that this powerful missile weapon has been linked to Tejas. With this, their grassroots trial has also been completed.

This missile strikes accurately at four times the speed of sound. In such a situation, it is almost impossible to escape. Now there is a plan to do flight trials of Tejas aircraft and Astra missile in the next few months. The indigenous 'Aastra' missile, which is air-to-air, is about 3.8 meters long and 7 inches wide. The weight of the missile is 154 kg. This powerful indigenous missile has been developed by the Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO). It is made entirely of indigenous technology.
