Bangalore: Sri Ram Sena district president Ravi Kokitakera was shot at in the Belgaum district of Karnataka. This firing took place near Hindlaga village late at night on January 7, 2023. According to the police, both have been admitted to a local hospital. Both are out of danger. Police are now on the lookout for the unidentified persons who fired at Ravi. It is being told that the bullet fired at Ravi touched him, which hit the other person. He is also in the hospital for treatment. Police interrogation has so far revealed that no one had enmity with the district president. Now the police are looking at the CCTV footage of the area. Based on the complaint, the police have registered a case against unidentified persons.

Actually, a video has surfaced, in which Ravi is telling that the attackers came on a motorcycle and after that, they fired at his car. His driver was also injured in the incident and has been admitted to the hospital. Ravi had accused a group of Christian priests of carrying out Hindu conversions in Belgaum in 2021. He had said that priests from outside the state were coming and converting Hindus to Christianity in Belgaum. It is suspected that Ravi has been attacked by these priests, and the police are currently investigating the case.
