Indore: The Municipal Corporation now applies spot fine for throwing or spitting garbage, in the same way, collectors are issuing orders to collect fines for not wearing masks and not following social distancing. Its responsibility will also be given to the Municipal Corporation. A fine of Rs 50 will be levied for not applying the mask and up to Rs 1000 for not following social distancing, and this will include private firms as well as government departments and hospitals.
Along with giving concessions to economic activities, many instructions are also given, but it is not being followed by the people and such videos, pictures are also exposed daily through the media. Therefore Indore Collector Manish Singh says that Spot Fine is now being started. However, the administration has made it mandatory to wear mask only a few days back. Now if a person is found without a mask, the corporation will be able to fix a spot fine of Rs 50.
Collector Manish Singh, by issuing the order under the Disaster Management Act, will give the corporation the right to apply spot fine. In addition to masks, social distancing must be complied with, and industries or business firms that are allowed will have to take other precautions from sanitization. Right now the permissions given for 29 villages and other very important services are seen that the shop is crowded and social distancing is not being followed. Now, in this case, the shopkeeper concerned can be fined up to 1000 rupees in the first time and up to 5 thousand rupees on the second mistake.
