Palamu: A surprising incident is coming out from Palamu, Jharkhand, here a son-in-law hatched a false conspiracy to kidnap and murder of his own, after which the police arrested 8 persons including his father-in-law and sent them to jail. Now that son-in-law came out alive, after which there was a stir in the area. The police arrested him after his son-in-law Ram Milan Choudhary alias Chuniya, who had hatched a conspiracy to abduct and fake murder himself, was found alive. With the help of Chhatarpur police, Satbarwa police caught him on Monday. 

On September 3, 2016, Dilip Choudhary, brother of Rammilan Choudhary alias Chuniya, had accused eight persons of his in-laws' house of kidnapping and killing his brother in Ponchi village of Satbarwa, police said. In this incident, Rammilan's wife Sarita, mother-in-law Kalavati, father-in-law Radha Chaudhary, girl's sister, along with an uncle, Kudrat Ansari, Lalan Mistry and Danish Ansari were arrested by the police and sent to jail. Currently, Danish Ansari is still in jail. The same girl's brother Deepak Chaudhary told that in 2009, Sarita married Rammilan Chaudhary of Nawa Bazar by giving a donation dowry with full social customs. Due to this, the in-laws used to harass the sister continuously for bringing more dowry.

Deepak said, 'My father could not bear the shock of going to jail and he died.' Deepak Chaudhary said, he told the police that Rammilan is alive and he keeps on coming to his house. Then Chhatarpur police arrested Rammilan Choudhary alias Chuniya from near Bhav Pulia and handed him over to Satbarwa police. Satbarwa police station in-charge Hrishikesh Kumar Rai has confirmed the arrest. Now the criminal has been arrested by the police and sent to jail.
