Popular social media platform Instagram keeps on making effort to make the platform more user friendly and cool. Now, recently the Facebook-owned platform integrated its messages with Facebook Messenger and brought the ability to message across Instagram and Messenger by using either of the apps. 

This new feature will bring some cool Messenger features on the app like chat themes, Watch Together, selfie stickers, among others.  Users can install the latest version of the app from Apple App Store and Google Play Store in India. After updating the app, users can watch TV shows, films and trending videos in real-time with your friends over video chat with 'Watch Together' feature. 

If you want to try this feature, start a video chat on Instagram or Messenger or create a Messenger Room, tap the media button in the bottom right and select the ‘TV & Movies’ tab. Users will also be allowed to send messages and video chat across Instagram and Messenger as well as change the theme of your chats on the app. There is a new TinyTAN chat theme that can be activated in settings by tapping Theme and selecting TinyTAN. Besides this, selfie stickers, custom emoji reactions, animated message effects, and message controls on Instagram can also be used.
