So let's know its recipe.
necessary ingredients -
4 bread slices
Ghee for frying bread
To make syrup:
1 bowl sugar
1/2 bowl of water
5 cardamom (crushed)
For decoration
3 almonds (worn out)
4-5 pistachios (chopped)
Method - For this, first place one bread slice on top of one. Now place a glass of steel in the middle of the bread and cut the bread in a circular shape. After this, to make syrup, add water and sugar in a pan and boil on medium heat. Now after that, sugar syrup will be made of 2 strings. When sugar syrup is formed then add ground cardamom and turn off the flame. Now make syrup and keep it to cool and in a pan on medium heat, heat ghee. After this, as soon as the ghee is hot, flip the bread from both sides and fry it. Now when the bread is golden, dip it in syrup for 1 minute and take it out. Dip all the breads in sugar syrup just like this and keep them in a bowl. Put sugar syrup on top. Bread rasmalai is ready. Garnish it with almonds and pistachios and serve.
