Today, International Tiger Day is being celebrated in the world. 70% of the world is home to Tigers. According to wildlife experts, India is capable of keeping 10-15 thousand tigers through the construction of more protected habitat, safer corridors, and resources. He says that we should not give more attention to only some areas with a high population of tigers and should also give more emphasis to the development of other potential areas. Otherwise, as of now, only 10 to 12 out of 50 tiger reserves will have a higher number of tigers, and all others will go backward.

Experts say that right now the Tigers' housing corridors in India are more vulnerable to activities like highways, roads, power lines, and mining. Therefore, governments have to give more importance to the policy of balance between development and conservation. The 2018 survey report launched by the government also said that most of the residential corridors of the Tigers are not protected areas. These are declining due to increasing human experimentation and development projects.

The survey report just received shows that about 3.81 lakh sq km area is suitable for Tigers in India, whereas Tigers have a presence in only about 90 thousand sq km area. That is, there is a lot of potential to increase the scope of accommodation of the Tigers, due to which its number will increase automatically. According to the information received, at present, the performance of the country is not appropriate in the management of the tiger's geographical range and non-protected forests. The real achievement of tiger conservation will be when tigers rule the jungles of India as in the previous century and it is very important for us to do this.
