IPL 2016 Eliminator: Kolkata Knight Riders vs Sunrisers Hyderabad

Sunrisers Hyderabad will take on Kolkata Knight Riders in the Eliminator of the 2016 Indian Premier League (IPL) at Feroz Shah Kotla, Delhi on 25 May, Wednesday.KKR sealed a top four berth after defeating the Sunrisers, which saw the latter give away a chance to finish in top two. The winning team will then have to face the losing team of Qualifier 1 i.e. Gujarat Lions.

SRH were looking really good at one stage to qualify in the top two but they have squandered their opportunity by losing their last two games. KKR, on the other hand, have done well to reach the playoffs and the two times IPL champions will have one eye on the coveted trophy but they know that they have to play out of their skins to go past Hyderabad.

Sunrisers Hyderabad have won the IPL once, while KKR have two IPL trophies. Both teams have a chance to extend their lead, while the two top teams, the Lions and RCB have never won the tournament.
