Markande was born in Bhatinda and bought for his base price of Rs 20 lakh during the IPL 2018 auctions while he was playing a U-23 game for Punjab. Markande Kicked off his cricket carrier with an aspiration to become a pacer, but his lack of pace and physique forced his coaches to turn him into a leg-spinner, and because of this eventually, he is on the higher level as everybody wants to know about him.
