Chandigarh: The IPL 2023 is currently being played at 12 different venues in India. So far (April 21), 29 matches have been played between all 10 teams. But, meanwhile, a new case of lapse in the security of the players has come to the fore, which has surprised everyone. Actually, the hotel where a team playing in the IPL was staying Three history students had also booked rooms in the same hotel. All three were living there comfortably. But, showing vigilance, the police have arrested all three accused under preventive action.

This action has been taken by the IT Park Police of Chandigarh. The big thing is that all three accused who have been arrested have cases registered against them for firing and other offences. That is, it can be estimated from this how clever and professional criminals all three are. The arrest of all three at the hotel of the IPL team is a very serious matter. Let us tell you that on Thursday (April 20), there was a match between Punjab Kings (PBKS) and Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in Mohali. In this match, Bangalore won by 24 runs. For the match, many famous players, including RCB's Virat Kohli, were staying in a famous hotel located in IT Park.

But only then was there a stir in the police department when the officers came to know that history sheeter criminals were also staying in the same hotel after booking a room. However, due to the promptness of SHO IT Park Rohtash Yadav, around 10:30 p.m., history sheeters were arrested under preventive action. The arrested accused have been identified as Rohit (33), a resident of Royal Estate, Zirakpur; Mohit Bhardwaj (33), a resident of Bapudham Colony, Chandigarh; and Naveen, a resident of Bahadurgarh in Jhajjar district.
