New Delhi: Indian spinner Harbhajan Singh has always been an important part of the IPL league. In the last 13 years, he has won the IPL title four times with two champion teams. He will join the auction for the third time in his career. Harbhajan was a part of the Mumbai team in the IPL from 2008 to 2017. He has been associated with Chennai Super Kings for the last three years.

The 40-year-old Harbhajan did not participate in the 13th season of the IPL in the UAE last year. He then said that he was taking this decision for personal reasons. This year CSK has released Harbhajan Singh. Harbhajan while tweeting himself in January, giving information in this regard, said that the relationship between him and CSK is over now. This year he is entering the auction with a base price of two crore rupees. This year, many teams can bet on them in the auction, including their home team Punjab Kings.

This may be the final IPL of Harbhajan Singh, it is possible that he would like to end his IPL journey with his home team. Punjab also needs an experienced spinner at the moment. Punjab have two young spin bowlers in the form of Ravi Bishnoi and Murugan Ashwin, who could benefit from Harbhajan's experience. The spin attack of the team will also be strengthened. If the Punjab Kings team buys Harbhajan Singh, this will be the first time Bhajji will play in the IPL for his domestic franchise.
