IPL:Virat Kohli ,the Royal Challengers Bangalore skipper has been fined Rs 12 lakh for keeping slow over rate amid the team's Indian Premier League game beside Rising Pune Supergiants.

Kohli and AB de Villiers damaged rapid half centuries to direct Royal Challengers Bangalore to a 13-run win over Rising Pune Supergiants last night.

"Royal Challengers Bangalore captain Virat Kohli has been fined after the team maintained a slow over rate during last evening's VIVO IPL match against Rising Pune Supergiants in Pune”- IPL said .

"Since it was his first offence of the season under the IPL's Code of Conduct relating to minimum over-rate offences, Mr. Kohli was fined Rs 12 lakh," the IPL said in a statement.
