Padmaavat star Ranveer Singh who injured himself while playing football. So, Ranveer Singh has stepped back to perform in IPL opening ceremony. While on the other hand  Varun Dhawan, Jacqueline Fernandez, are also be the part of IPL opening ceremony. 

IPL is going to start on 7th April. 2018, now as per the latest reports Hrithik Roshan will be stepping in and will be seen performing in place of Singh. I think it is a good news for the fans of Hrithik Roshan right! 

One of the spokesperson of  Ranveer's spokesperson confirmed his shoulder injury and in a statement told that Ranveer Singh has injured his shoulder during a football match and has been advised not to overstrain it for at least 1 month. Ranveer is, however, not taking any breaks and will continue shooting for Gully Boy as per schedule. Ranveer is in consultation with the doctors who will advise him, in a day or two, on whether he would able to perform at this year’s IPL opening ceremony in which he is doing the finale act. 
 
Meanwhile, Ranveer will next be seen in the movie, Gully Boy, which is slated to release in February 2019. On the other side, Hrithik Roshan is going to see in Super 30.
