Iran will not compromise its demands in the continuing nuclear talks because of deadlines or "artificial schedules," according to reports. The discussions aimed at rescuing the 2015 Iranian nuclear deal started on Monday in Vienna, Austria, after a nearly six-month hiatus, as per reports.
The nuclear discussions resumed at the expert level on Wednesday morning, according to the IRNA report, with representatives from Iran, the P4+1 group, including Britain, China, France, Russia, and Germany, as well as the European Union.
The Joint Commission of the 2015 nuclear deal, formally known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), will hold expert-level sessions to discuss the lifting of US sanctions on Iran and the methods for the parties to reaffirm their commitments under the agreement.
According to IRNA on Wednesday, "Representatives of the Islamic Republic of Iran restated Tehran's fundamental position on the necessity for effective easing of sanctions against the Iranian people, and encouraged other members to participate constructively in the talks."
