New Delhi: Indian Railways and Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) continue to work on passenger amenities. In the last few months, railways and IRCTC have changed many rules, which make it easier for passengers to travel. Once again IRCTC has introduced a new facility for passengers. Every passenger travelling in the train will get the benefit of the start of this service.

Yes, under the new facility, you will be able to order food from WhatsApp while travelling in the train. IRCTC's food delivery service Zoop and Jio Haptic have jointly launched this service. At present, this facility has been started at more than 100 stations across the country. Based on the feedback received from the passengers, this facility will be started at other stations as well. During travelling in the train, you can order food by messaging from the WhatsApp chatbot. The passenger will need a PNR to order food. When ordered with PNR, your food will be delivered directly to the seat. Not only this, but you can also track it in real time after ordering food. Apart from this, if there is a problem, you can take the help of the support team. At present, the facility of ordering food on WhatsApp has been started at more than 100 stations. These stations include Vijayawada, Vadodara, Moradabad, Warangal, Deen Dayal Upadhyay, Kanpur, Agra Cantt, Tundla Junction, and Balharshah Junction.
