The most awaited film of the year 'Master', directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj and starring Thalapathy Vijay and Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi, was initially scheduled to release on 9 April, but the film's release was postponed indefinitely due to Coronavirus epidemic. Senior theater owners have expressed a desire to release the film first. So that the audience can be brought back to the cinema hall. But still, it has not been fully confirmed that by when all the things will be the same.
Meanwhile, rumors started circulating a few weeks ago that 'Master' will be released directly on Amazon Prime Video, which has streaming rights. The producer of Javier Brito made it clear that Thalapathy Vijay wants to get a theater experience from his fans and it is being said that the film is going to be screened in the cinema hall first. The Amazon Prime Video listing image was shared on social media in which it is printed that 'Master' is to be released on 14 August. As soon as he heard about this, the fans got excited.
According to media reports, the listing may be older than 2016 or 17 and 'Master' is a Korean film on the destruction of financial crimes. 'Master' features Anirudh and Vijay and Vijay Sethupathi in a pivotal role, with the ensemble cast as Malvika Mohanan, Andrea Jeremiah, Shantanu Bhagyaraj, Arjun Das, Gaurav Kishan, Brigada, and Shriman.
