Baghdad: As reports said that the Chief ISIS, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi falls to be ill after an assassin poisoned his food in Nineveh's Be'aaj district.

“Four militants, including Baghdadi, were suffering from severe poisoning and have been transferred to an unknown location under strict measures as well as the identities of the three other commanders is unknown",said sources.

An operation of arrests has been launched by the ISIS to track down those accountable for adding a poison in the food.

Baghdadi has been injured numerous times in air strikes and been informed deceased, but has re-surfaced every time.
