Baghdad: The world's most dangerous terror group Islamic State has targeted a checkpoint in an Iraqi city. The attack took place in Kirkuk, Iraq. Thirteen policemen have lost their lives in the attack. According to media reports, police and attackers stationed in a village in al-Rashad, 30 km (18 miles) southwest of Kirkuk in northern Iraq, clashed for two hours. The militants destroyed three police vehicles in the attack.

In fact, the terrorists planted roadside bombs to prevent the police from reaching the outpost. However, no terrorist organization has so far taken responsibility for the attack.
