Jerusalem: Israeli army has bombed terror group Hamas targets in the Gaza Strip. On Friday (July 2), Israeli army said Israeli planes bombed Hamas bases in the Gaza Strip overnight in response to the release of arson balloons from the Palestinian enclave. However, there are no reports of any casualties from israeli attacks at present.

However, the Israeli army claimed that it targeted the weapons manufacturing site used by Hamas, Gaza. There was no immediate comment from Hamas.  It was reported that the ongoing Israeli-Hamas war ended 11 days after the May 21 ceasefire. But the previous day, palestinians in Gaza launched balloones that had set fire to parts of Israel, sporadically across the border.

Palestinians say the purpose of releasing arson balloons is to pressure Israel to ease restrictions on coastal enclaves tightened during the May battle. Tell us that the balloon launch came down last week after Israel relaxed some restrictions on Gaza. But balloons were released again from Gaza on Thursday (July 1), causing a fire near Israeli cities along the border. In response to which Israel has carried out air strikes.
