New Delhi: Israel's ambassador to India claimed that a probe kit for corona infection detection can give results within 40 seconds after a person has blown up. The test kit, which gives results within a minute, is being jointly developed by India and Israel.
In an interview, Israeli Ambassador Ron Malka said that under this quick investigation technology to detect corona infection, a person will have to blow up in a tube and the results will come in 30 to 50 seconds. He said the kit is still in the final stage. It should not take more than two-three weeks. Malka said that India will become a manufacturing hub for this accelerated testing kit and the two countries will also cooperate on vaccine making to prevent corona pandemic.
In the meantime, Malka also thanked the Indian authorities for their assistance in repatriating thousands of its citizens. Malka also said that in the health sector, he is working closely with the CEO of Ayushman Bharat, Indu Bhushan. He said this new quick investigation is decisive. This is a great example of how meaningful cooperation can be between India and Israel in science and technology. He said the campaign has been renamed as 'Open Skies'.
