August 31 is going to be a very special day in the history of Israel and the UAE. This is because for the first time on this day, an Israeli commercial plane will land on the UAE capital Abu Dhabi. Israel has finalized names for this very special journey.
The plane which will go to Abu Dhabi on Monday will have many special guests. It will be attended by senior US officials along with President Donald Trump's son-in-law and senior adviser Jared Kushner. He will be accompanied by National Security Advisor Robert C. O'Brien. Apart from this, the Israeli delegation will be led by Mir Ben Shabat, the National Security Advisor. On behalf of Israel, this visit will also include senior officials of the Defense, Foreign Ministry and senior officers associated with the National Aviation Authority.
On 13 August there was a historical agreement between Israel and the United Arab Emirates. This agreement has been welcomed warmly in the international world. Experts also believe that the effect of this agreement will go far and it will also lay the foundation of a new Arab politics.
After this agreement, the first aircraft to go to Abu Dhabi has been given the number LY971. The aircraft that will come to Israel on Tuesday has been given the number LY972. While 971 is the international calling code of Israel, 972 is the international calling code of UAE. Nothing has been said from the UAE and the United States on this flight going on Monday.
