New Delhi: Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) scientist Tapan Mishra has made a big disclosure saying that an attempt was made to kill him by poisoning him. He says that in the year 2017, he was tried to kill by giving poison. Mishra stated that he was poisoned on May 23, 2017, in Bengaluru.

ISRO scientist Tapan Mishra revealed through a Facebook post that there was an attempt to mix poison in breakfast given at the time of an interview in Bengaluru. Along with this, he has appealed to the security agencies to investigate and find out who gave the poison and why. Disclosing the case, ISRO Senior Advisor Tapan Mishra said that he is retiring soon. He said that now in order to speak openly, I want people to know about this so that if I die, everyone knows what happened to me.

Tapan Mishra told via Facebook post that on 23 May 2017, he was given deadly arsenic trioxide. He said that the poison given to him was inorganic arsenic and is enough to kill a person. Mishra said that he was lucky that he did not die because no one survives after taking this poison. For this, he had to undergo treatment for two consecutive years.
