India is going to launch its first state-of-the-art Earth Observation Satellite Geo Imaging Satellite (GSAT-1) for its presence in the world of space. This satellite will be sent into space on March 5. This satellite will provide a real image of large area and will also provide quick monitoring of various types of incidents including natural disasters.

For your information, let us tell you that the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) will launch GSAT-1 through GSLV-F10 on March 5, Satish Dhawan Space Center in Sriharikota. 18 minutes after launch, the GSLV-F10 will place the satellite in its orbit. This will be the 14th flight of GSLV. Through this satellite, real time pictures of any part of the country can be taken.

The interim program of this important launch will be decided at 5.43 pm on March 5. Which will depend on the weather conditions. ISRO said that 2275 kg GSAT is a very fast observing satellite of the Earth. It will be placed in its orbit by GSLAV F10. The satellite will be placed in Geosynchronous Transfer Orbit (GTO) with the help of GSLV-F10. After this, this satellite will be installed in its orbit with a height of 36 thousand kilometres through an onboard propagation system.
