Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar has recently met PM Narendra Modi. It does not seem possible to legislate on this. The law on MSP is not possible, because if it is done, it will be the responsibility of the Government that if nobody buys their product, the Government will have to do so. He further said, "The government is not so much needed and it is not possible to create a system on it. We can buy as per the requirement. ''
