ITBP soldiers on high alert at China border in Ladakh

New Delhi: The border dispute between India and China in East Ladakh is not yet over. Tensions between the armies of the two countries have continued since May. ITBP personnel are on high alert on LAC in Arunachal Pradesh in view of China's intention. ITBP has made tremendous preparations in the sensitive Tawang sector here to face any kind of challenge from China.

The commander of ITBP's 55th Battalion, IB Jha, pointed to the violent skirmish in Galvan, saying that, when such accidents happen, one has to be on high alert. So that it does not happen again. It is very cold here at the moment. Due to this, the soldiers are facing a problem. But the soldiers are keeping an eye on the border at all times. IB Jha further said that no one can dodge us. We are committed to protecting the country. We are doing our duty and we are fully prepared.

Earlier, the ITBP has been playing an important role in continuously facing the Chinese Army. The ITBP also took on the enemy in the initial skirmishes with the Chinese Army at Pangong Lake, Finger Area and Patrolling Points 14, 15, 17 and 17A. Jha further said that ITBP soldiers fought with full force in the Ladakh sector and protected the country. The soldiers stationed here say that their comrades put their lives there for the safety of the country, if they had the opportunity to do so, they would not back down.
