Amritsar: Several leaders, including Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann, are on the hit list of terrorists. The names of several Punjab leaders are also in the letter threatening to kill railway stations and these VIP leaders in the bomb blasts. The list also contains the names of Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) leaders. According to the report, a threatening letter was received at Sultanpur Lodhi railway station on Wednesday afternoon.

The letter, written by the commander of the Jaish-e-Mohammed terror outfit in Jammu and Kashmir, said that three railway stations in Punjab (Sultanpur Lodhi, Ferozepur and Jalandhar) will also be blown up in bomb blasts. According to the letter, on May 21, bombs will be detonated at Jalandhar, Sultanpur Lodhi, Ferozepur, Lohiankhas, Phagwara and Tarantaran railway stations. The letter further explains the reason behind these possible explosions. The letter says that we will carry out these bomb blasts to avenge the jihadists who have been killed in the past. 

"We will target Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, Punjab Governor, Divisional Railway Manager Seema Sharma, Akali Dal leaders on May 23, while threatening to blast Devi Talab temple in Patiala, Kali Mata temple and Hanumangarhi temple in Phagwara.'' According to reports, the station master of Sultanpurodhi railway station has received a threatening letter through the post. On the complaint of the station master, the police have started investigating the case. The police are also scanning the CCTV footage of the station so that it can get some clues. The police administration is also in alert mode during this period.
