Srinagar: The Jammu Board of Secondary Education (JKBOSE) has declared the results of class 12. 77.38% students have passed the 12th board examination in Jammu and Kashmir. The performance of the students of the government school has been excellent this time. Last year, 55.70% students of government school had passed, which has increased to 73% this year after increasing 17.3%.
The results of private schools have also improved a lot. 73.07% students passed last year, which has increased to 85% this year after increasing 11.93%. In science, 26 students of the government school are in the top position. Those who shared the first position include three government schools and 2 private school students. On the second position, the students of the government school have been ahead.
In Arts, 9 students in the top 10 belong to a government school, including the second position. In commerce, two students in the top 10 are from government schools, in which the second and eighth positions are occupied by the students of the government school. In the top 10 in Home Science, 7 students have been from government schools. On June 15, Jammu Division Class 10th results were declared by Jammu Kashmir Board of Secondary Education (JKBOSE).
